Extra Services

The following are extra services, charged separately for recurring service:

      Clean inside refrigerator - $38
      Clean inside oven - $38
      Wash dishes - $25
      Wipe down window sills and baseboards - $20/floor
      Wipe down kitchen cabinets/drawers, including handles - $20
      Wash interior waste baskets - $20
      Clean reachable interior windows - $2/window

We will also clean under sofa cushions if the cushions are removed, and inside closets if closet doors are left open. For move-in/move-out cleanings, we will also clean interior cabinets and drawers, if emptied prior to service. Please request service by email prior to cleaning.

Sorry, we don't do the following

     Shampooing/steaming carpet
     Wiping bulbs and glass fixtures
     Putting away dishes/washing a sink full of dishes
     Cleaning TVs and computer monitors
     Moving or lifting anything over 25 lbs
     Stepping higher than 2 steps on a stepstool (provided by client)
     Cleaning bio-hazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids)
     Cleaning high levels of trash/debris
     Cleaning up animal waste
     Cleaning litter boxes
     Cleaning insects/rodents
     Heavy scrubbing walls/doors
     Removing paint from floors
     Cleaning high to reach areas & windows
     Washing exterior windows
     Organizing
     Folding clothes / Laundry
     Exterior cleaning
     Cleaning inside fireplaces
     Cleaning unfinished basements
     Any type of post-construction cleaning
